Manisha’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with a Postgraduate Degree in Inorganic Chemistry, both from St. John's College, Agra, Agra University ( now known as Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University ) Her professional degree showcases her academic brilliance. This reflected in her winning a Gold Medal for her Bachelor of Education ( B.Ed ) degree from Raja Balwant Singh College of Agra. Agra University ( now known as Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University )
Her professional certification includes a Green Belt in Global Career Counselling from Univariety and UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles).
The army background has led her to interact with students from different parts and areas of India. This experience has empowered her to see world from all kinds of lenses, which really helps when she is guiding someone one-on-one. She believes that counselling is crucial for students from various backgrounds, helping them to navigate the challenges and make informed career choices. Throughout her career, Manisha has mentored many students with educational and psychological guidance and encouraged them to be comfortable and confident in their choices.
As a spouse of an Indian Army personnel, her dedication to the societal welfare led to mentoring and guiding several women from the armed forces to become more academically and financially independent. Played the role of the counselor on social, economic and psychological aspects. Her efforts in this regard has earned her the prestigious AWWA Excellence Award.
